Abaeté Airlines
Abaeté is the Brazilian airline that has operated the longest in the country. Headquartered in Salvador, we put together a portfolio of services that guarantees a leadership position in the Northeast, being a reference in air transport. We were born with the aim of taking air service to locations that were not served by commercial aviation.
In December 2021, we began regular passenger transport to a major tourist destination in Bahia, one of the most sought-after during the Brazilian summer: Morro de São Paulo, on Tinharé Island.
And in November XNUMX, we started operations to Boipeba, also located on the Bahian coast and part of the Tinharé archipelago, attracting tourists from around the world.

In April 2021, we received the ISSA (International Safety Assessment Standard) certification from IATA, becoming the first company in the Northeast of Brazil to obtain this international seal. In 2022, we achieved this certification again, which attests to our high standard of performance in operational safety, aligning the company with international civil aviation standards.
Also in 2021, we became a member of the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA), which has added enormous value to the company's development.
